Sending Us Files

There are many options for sending us files. We prefer the RiteTransfer method, but accept the following forms. Please choose which one fits you best:

RiteTransfer   |  Email  |  CD or Zip Disk

email (1K) RiteTransfer (preferred)
The best method of getting large files or multiple files to us is our RiteTransfer smart FTP site. You download a client (either Mac or PC) to your desktop and use it anytime you want to send us files. We will set you up with an account and a password. Just give us a call.

To install the software, right-click (or control-click on a Mac) the appropriate link below and save the file to your desktop. Call us at 414-727-5200 with any questions.

To send through email, click the icon to the left. If the files are more than 10mb, use a different method to get them to us. Please remember to put the project title, your salesperson′s name, and your company name in the subject line of the email.

If you′re sending by email, be sure to fill out our Submission Form and attach it with your email.
CD/Zip Disk

Submission Form
Save all of your files, pictures, and fonts used, as well as a pdf (please indicate if it′s high or low res) onto your disk. Print out a hard copy of the job and send it with the disk. Finally, include the Submission Form. You can either print out this pdf version to the left or include it on the disk. Call us at 414-727-5200 if you need help with any aspect of this or to schedule a pick up of your job by our driver.
